送紙（zhǐ）部功能：

1.機械控（kòng）製（zhì）前緣進紙機構，具有響應速度快、定位精度高、係統穩定好、使用壽命長等（děng）特點，保證了機器長期使用穩定（dìng）性(可選（xuǎn）伺服)。

2.用電子凸輪替代複雜的機（jī）械凸輪控（kòng）製（zhì），輸紙輪軸與電機軸采用同步帶連接，消除了送（sòng）紙輪工作（zuò）中的所有間隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免紙（zhǐ）板左右跑偏現象。

3.真空吸輔（fǔ）風量變頻調節；設置連續輸送和（hé）隔張（zhāng）送紙功能；設置上吸塵除屑機構，並可自（zì）動進行風量調整。

4.采用獨（dú）特的（de）快換（huàn）式半輪結構，使進紙輪圓麵（miàn）磨損均（jun1）勻一致，保證送紙位（wèi）置的長期一（yī）致性；更換膠輪時隻須直接卸（xiè）裝，方便、快捷減少輔助時間，使（shǐ）機器使用更安全、經（jīng）濟。

印刷部功能：

2.操（cāo）作部設（shè）置墨輥及墨泵啟、停功能；每色組設（shè）置急停保護（hù）開關。

3.網紋輥送紙部聯動升降工作，著墨時同印版間隙（xì）電動調整；印版輥同走紙吸風（fēng）箱壓力電動調整，並可以分別調整風量設定（dìng）。

4.膠輥勻墨係統采用新型工藝，在確保實地印刷同時兼（jiān）容六十線以上的高網（wǎng）點（diǎn）印刷（shuā）。

5.可選配密（mì）封腔雙刮刀勻墨機構，采用整體型勻（yún）墨（mò）防（fáng）滲柴置，避免工作時油墨外濫；其特殊割刀角度讓勻墨轉移更理想，可輕鬆實現100線（xiàn）網點（diǎn）印刷，並可延長割刀和網紋輥的使用壽命。

6.印刷相位附電磁（cí）離合器製動機構，機台分離時可自動鎖住齒輪位置，防止印版輥零位丟失。

開槽部功能（néng）：

1.人機（jī）界麵和（hé）電動按鈕調（diào）整雙係統操作，可完成開精箱高、相（xiàng）位、軸向移動調整。

2.配置自鎖功能預（yù）壓快調機構，保證了盤、軸之間長期精度，壓線時或緩了對紙（zhǐ）板的破壞（huài）。

3.包裹了憂質（zhì）聚氮脂的壓線（xiàn）上輪，保證了（le）紙板硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置同步聯動電動軸（zhóu）向移動，使（shǐ）上（shàng）下壓線輪、上下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步進行凋整；自潤耐磨導向機構，保證了移位長期正（zhèng）確和提高耐用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽輪軸選用優質合金鋼，經表麵研磨加工（gōng）後鍍硬鉻處（chù）理；分別經過粗、精兩台動平衡設備上進行校正，保證（zhèng）找到最佳平（píng）衡點。

6.選用優質合金鋼開槽刀，齒形刀刃寬度為7mm。

模切部功能

2.采用獨（dú）特的內置差速補償裝置，當優力膠墊外徑變化時，可以自動（dòng）進行線速度補償，確保生產工件規格的一（yī）致性，並可（kě）增加優力（lì）膠墊使用壽命。

3.當（dāng）模切部開（kāi）始（shǐ）工（gōng）作時，模版輥自動提升至工作位置，優力膠墊輥進入自動位移（yí）工作狀態；優力膠墊輥同模版輥差異化特速設計；裝置膠墊自動切削修（xiū）複機構，可對優力膠進行多次修複。

4.模版輥、膠墊輥均選用優質鋼材，先正火處理後進行內外切削加工，經精（jīng）磨加工鍍硬鉻（gè）處理，分別進行動平衡校正。

5.按裝帶有防（fáng）偏跑位（wèi）的自動糾偏（piān）功能的（de）清廢輸送裝置。

6.可選（xuǎn）用（yòng）何服控製線速（sù）度補（bǔ）償機構，能製作更高（gāo）精度的橫切紙箱。
