送紙部功能：

1.機（jī）械（xiè）控製前緣進紙機構，具有響應速度快、定位精度高、係統穩定（dìng）好（hǎo）、使用壽命長等特點，保證了機器長期使（shǐ）用穩（wěn）定性（xìng）(可選伺（sì）服)。

2.用電子（zǐ）凸輪替（tì）代複雜的機械凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸與電機（jī）軸采用同步帶連接，消除了送紙輪工作中的所有間隙（xì），有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免紙板左右跑偏現象。

3.真（zhēn）空吸（xī）輔風量變頻（pín）調節；設置連續輸送和（hé）隔張送紙功能；設置上吸塵除（chú）屑機構，並可自動進行風量調整。

4.采用獨特的快換式（shì）半輪結構，使進（jìn）紙輪圓麵磨損均（jun1）勻一致，保證送紙位置的長期一致性；更（gèng）換（huàn）膠輪時（shí）隻須直接卸裝，方便、快捷減（jiǎn）少輔助（zhù）時間，使機器使用（yòng）更安全、經濟。

印刷部功（gōng）能：

1.觸摸（mō）屏、電動按鈕雙係統控製印刷相位、軸向位置；印版輥（gǔn）具有（yǒu）擦（cā）版記憶自動複位功能（néng）。

2.操作部設置墨輥（gǔn）及墨（mò）泵啟、停功（gōng）能；每色組設置急停保護開關。

3.網紋輥送紙部聯（lián）動升降工作，著（zhe）墨時同印版間隙電動調整；印版輥同走紙吸風箱壓力電動調整，並可以分別調整風量設定。

4.膠（jiāo）輥勻墨係統采用新型（xíng）工藝，在確保實地印刷同時兼容六十線以上的高（gāo）網點印刷。

5.可選配密封腔雙刮刀（dāo）勻（yún）墨機構（gòu），采用整體型勻墨防滲柴置，避免（miǎn）工作時油墨（mò）外濫；其（qí）特殊割刀角度（dù）讓勻墨轉移更理想，可輕（qīng）鬆實現100線網點印（yìn）刷（shuā），並可延長割刀和網紋輥的使用壽命。

6.印刷相位附電磁離合器製動機構，機台（tái）分離時可（kě）自動（dòng）鎖（suǒ）住齒輪（lún）位置，防止（zhǐ）印版輥零位丟（diū）失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開關，可快速掛版、調整，方便換版和擦洗工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動（dòng）按鈕調整雙係統操作，可（kě）完成開精箱（xiāng）高（gāo）、相位、軸向移動調整。

2.配置自鎖（suǒ）功能預（yù）壓快調機構，保證了盤（pán）、軸之間長期精度，壓線時或緩了對紙板的破（pò）壞（huài）。

3.包裹了憂質聚（jù）氮脂的壓線上輪，保證了紙板硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置同步聯動電動軸向移動，使上下壓線輪、上（shàng）下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步進行凋整（zhěng）；自潤耐磨導向（xiàng）機構，保證了移（yí）位（wèi）長期正確和提高耐用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽輪軸選用優質合金鋼，經表麵研磨加工後鍍硬鉻處理；分別經過粗、精兩台動（dòng）平衡（héng）設備上進行校正，保（bǎo）證找到最佳平衡點。

6.選用優（yōu）質合金鋼開槽刀，齒（chǐ）形刀刃寬（kuān）度為7mm。
